Virginia is dedicated to working closely with her clients to ensure they are
aware of current, critical real estate market data. She feels this is of the
utmost importance so her buyers and sellers can make well-informed decisions
and ultimately reach their real estate goals.

Virginia maintains her knowledge of the real estate market
and industry trends. She is dedicated to keeping herself and her clients

In keeping with Virginia's commitment to providing her
clients with the highest level of service, Virginia has built a team to provide
her clients added service in every aspect of the selling and purchasing
process. Virginia is always available to her clients, personally, but she has
hand selected some outstanding agents to help her with the details. She has

Born in Arizona as a second generation Chinese,
Virginia was raised in a traditional way where hard work and education were
emphasized. An early appreciation of these values became the foundation for her
career to grow upon. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance
at Arizona State University, she chose to move to California to expand her
sales experience and knowledge working several years in international sales.
She became interested in real estate and decided to apply her sales experience
to selling luxury homes in Santa Monica and Brentwood, CA learning only from
top
professionals. Loving Arizona, Virginia made the decision to
come back to her roots in Scottsdale in the early 1990s and joined Coldwell
Banker Residential Brokerage.

Virginia practices "sound mind and sound body."
Education and keeping with the constant changes and developments in the real
estate industry is a priority for Virginia. Obtaining the Short Sale and
Foreclosure Resource Certification is one of the recent commitments she has
made to retooling for current times. She makes time to keep herself fit working
with a trainer and running occasional half marathons, knowing that helps her to
perform at her peak when working with clients.
